Multidisciplinary specialists lead by Medical Director A. Athar Usmani, a Board Certified physician credentialed in Pain Management, work as a team to develop a realistic treatment plan.  Specialists include referrals to psychotherapy services, physical therapists, neurologists, orthopedists, and neurosurgeons.

Access to the Interventional Spine & Pain Center
Your pain condition should be discussed with your primary care physician who will then determine if you are a candidate for the Interventional Spine & Pain Center at Parkland Medical Center.

As a new patient, you will be thouroughly evaluated and examined by one of our highly trained physicians. The doctor will review any prior diagnostic tests and may order additional testing if needed.  The Interventional Spine & Pain Center will colaborate with your referring physician and other members of our multidisciplinary team to create an individualized treatment plan just for you.
